What a difference a day makes..and a message from my mom! I'll be having lunch with her tomorrow and I couldn't need it more. Today I wore myself out with laundry and shampooing the family room and it really needed it. Tomorrow or Thursday I have the living room to do and with white carpet in there, I figure I'll be making a bleachy solution for that room and closing it off so no one tracks bleach into the rest of the house..

My eats for Tuesday:

Coffee w/ NSA Swiss Miss. I got up late and it felt really good to sleep in.

Breakfast as usual. Protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz herb tea with splenda

1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

24 oz drink mix with no ice, Wyler's Strawberry Lemonade

Lunch: 1/2 egg burrito from the weekend

24 oz drink mix with no ice Hawaiian Punch Orange

Dinner: 5 oz tilapia and 4 spears of asparagus foil wrapped and baked..yum

24 oz drink mix with ice, no flavoring.

I'll be heading to bed early tonight. I could even have a snack but I'm too tired so I probably won't.

Totals for the day: 
Calories: 998
Fat: 44.5
Carbs: 72.8
Protein: 85.9

Good ratios but low low numbers. I need more water but I did get my vitamins in today and I'm so tired I'm sure I got enough exercise. I even did my physical therapy exercises twice like a good girl..

Tomorrow will be an even better day.

Tuesday was a mixed bag.  I had a minor medical procedure done and was sore and achy most of the day.  Thankfully, my darling hubby was home and spoiled me for most of the day.  By the evening, I was feeling more 'human' and even talked myself into doing my workout.

My food intake:

Breakfast 1 -06:30am
None

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack 1 - 11am
1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal

Lunch - 2pm
6oz burger patty (homemade)
1 thin sandwich 'bun'

Snack 2 - 4:00pm
1/2 cup chocolate protein pudding

Dinner - 7:00pm
4 oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup corn
5oz Charbono (red wine)

Snack 3 - 8:30pm
1 apple


Exercise:
Treadmill - 45 minutes

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1104
Fat: 19g
Net Carbs: 86g
Protein: 102g
Water: 7 glasses
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs

Yay for being spoiled! And you even worked out..I hope you rested enough though..I'm thinking another soak in the bath tub is in order for Thursday..
