Accountaibilty - Sunday
A very lazy day today..Church and breakfast but nothing else..Too cold and wind is blowing to hard to do anything outside..so here I sat most of the day. I think I might fill up the tub and have a soak!
Eats for today:
coffee
protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with plain soy milk
24 oz herb tea
1/2 egg burrito (darn it! I had the rest of this boxed up and was gonna bring it home..forgot it on the table. booooo)
24 oz drink mix with ice, Strawberry Lemonade
24 oz drink mix with ice, orange
Lunch: 1 slice pizza, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick wrapped in turkey breast deli meat
hot cocoa with splenda
dinner: lasagna (home made with lots of meat)
that's it for the day. Not enough water. I may have some tea later..while I soak.

Calories: 1426
Fat: 67.3
Carbs: 124.6
Protein: 85.9
Not enough protein. too many carbs. Too many left overs too! Well, tomorrow is vacation so I can get some things done if the weather is good..We're gonna go visit a friend down near the beach this week if the weather is good..we'll see..nearly snowed yesterday.
