First official day of my vacation..it went well. We visited some friends and then went grocery  shopping..We got our corned beef and put it in the crock pot..and it was gooo oood..We even had a friend come over and share it with us.

So here is how the day stacked up:

coffee (always start with coffee! - I couldn't wake up without it..)

breakfast: chocolate protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte with plain soy milk

24 oz herb tea, ginger with 2 packets of splenda

coffee with splenda and half n half

1/2 egg burrito with cheese and salsa but no hashed browns

24 oz drink mix with ice, not caffeinated

1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick wrapped in turkey breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, not caffeinated

5 oz corned beef, 1/2 small potato, 2 medium carrots, 1/8 small head of cabbage (all crock pot cooked) 

24 oz drink mix with ice, not caffeinated

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1332
Fat: 80.3
Carbs: 67.2
Protein: 90.7

Not bad at all. I didn't take any of my vitamins (just realized!) and did get some exercise..actually quite a bit of exercise with laundry, vacuuming, shopping and cleaning and such..

How did you do?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
