Do you have an unflavored whey-based protein powder you can recommend?  I know by their nature that they can't be tasteless, but I'm looking for something with minimal taste to mix into a variety of foods and drinks.  The only one I have heard of is Unjury but I have never used it. Thanks.

That's the only one I've heard of..What I do is mix flavors. Protein comes in vanilla and chocolate (basic flavors) but you can add banana or fruit or sugar free syrups from DiVinci or Torani..those are available through netrition.com and they are very helpful..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I've been using the Unjury unflavored protein powder.  I can taste it if the food/drink I'm putting it in has a mild flavor.  That said, when I put it in foods that have a good bold flavor of its own, its undetectable.

I use it in Cream of wheat for breakfast, chocolate pudding for snacks, spaghetti meat sauce, and even chicken noodle soup.

Optimum Nutrition has a flavorless one called Any Whey (although the protein is 17 g per scoop instead of 23 in regular ones).  Isopure has a flavorless also, but I cannot vouch for it.

Some of the flavorless have a handful fewer protein grams, so in case that is important, just a heads up.

Unjury is very good for this type of thing.

Try Isopure Unflavored.  I use it in everything and do not taste it at all.
