Busy getting ready to be off next week..Very productive day. I'll have no reservations about not being at the office next week..
Thursday..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle,1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, some butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Sugar Cookie
9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Citrus Caffeinated
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry with a squirt of cherry for color
11:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, hawaiian Punch Orange
2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
5:45 pm 4 oz roast beef (this time flaked and with bbq sauce) on a sandwich thin and with 4 french fries

Actually not bad. I'm thirsty again. I'm thinking maybe water and then bed cuz I'm sore and very tired. physical therapy always wears me out..I feel so whimpy when I'm done cuz it hurts so bad..and I feel like I'm not getting anywhere..booo...
