Sweetener Suggestions?
It seems like I've tried all of the major sugar substitutes known to man and I can taste the 'artificial' in my drinks and sometimes foods that they are used in.
So far I've tried:
Sweet n Low
Splenda
Stevia
Truvia
None of them upset my stomach, but the flavor is barely tolerable.
Can anyone suggest something that sweetens and either has no flavor at all or doesnt have that artificial aftertaste?
Thanks!

there's also agave syrup..and honey.
The OP was asking about sugar substitutes. Neither of these fit that category.
Both agave syrup and honey are more calorically dense than sugar; but, they are also sweeter. So, you may use less but the calories would end up to be the same.
The two are also glycemically different than sugar which also impacts the effect on the body.
Both are great but I put in the same category as sugar (along with Maple Syrup). Personally, I like Truvia.

After checking, both the agave nectar and honey have too big a calorie hit.
I posted the same question on another board and found out about a product called SweetzFree (their website is the same name.com)
I ordered the travel size to give it a try.
Keep your fingers crossed!

SweetzFree
Ahh, Sucralose (aka Splenda). OK, not quite it lacks the Maltodextrin.
In the end, for low/no calorie sweeteners, you will have to pick your poison They are all "artificial" except for Stevia/Truvia but the process to get it is far from clean.
Then you have real stuff but it's all sugar anway (Agave, Honey, Maple Syrup, Sucant, etc.)

I got my SweetzFree order today and......
I love it!
I cant detect that weird aftertaste that I loathe with artificial sweeteners! I made a gallon container of 'sweet' tea and even my husband couldnt tell it wasnt real sugar.
This is definitely my new go to sweetener.
I've just placed another order to get a 2dram bottle each for for my mom, dad, and grandmother (all diabetics with the same monster sweet tooth and aversion to artificial sweeteners).
I want to grab an order of Wheylow to compare, but so far so great!
