I'm just about caught up..just about..but again I forgot to send my list home..so.. from memory:

My eats for tTuesday

coffee

breakfast: waffle and a small pear with sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz herb tea

1 oz turkey breast deli meat wrapped around 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

hard boiled egg

24 oz drink mix..not caffeinated

24 oz drink mix, caffeinated (well part of it!)

12 oz decaf and half n half and splenda

Lunch: 4 oz beef roast from the crock pot, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 2 carrot slices

1 hard boiled egg

24 oz drink mix, not caffeinated

24 oz drink mix not caffeinated

dinner: 4 oz pork chop, 1/2 cup scalloped potatoes from a box and 1/2 cup green beans from canned..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1522
Fat: 81.8
Carbs: 88.9
Protein: 112.8

Not bad..The time change isn't as bad today but..I'm only just barely caught up and I need to be completely caught up by friday or I'll stress over taking next week off..Not alot but I hate to have them thinking bad about how i've left them in a lurch..

It was a soggy day here in northern California.  To add 'insult' to injury, my ankle is not playing nice with me either.  I'm hoping the physical therapy will help because I really dont want to have to have surgery.

My food intake:

Breakfast 1 -06:30am
1 hard boiled egg

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
Fage greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup Kashi go lean crunch cereal

Snack 1 - 11am
1 cheese stick
1 cup herbal tea w/ splenda (yuck...I can taste the artificial)

Lunch - 2pm
1 cup Chunky brand chicken noodle soup
6 teaspoons unjury unflavored protein

Snack 2 - 4:30pm
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Dinner - 6:00pm
1/2 cup homemade Gumbo (smoked sausage, shrimp, and chicken)
1/3 cup white rice

Snack 3 - 8:30pm
3/4 cup Kashi go lean crunch cereal

Exercise:
Stationary bike - 35 minutes

Totals for the day:
Calories: 929
Fat:   29g
Net Carbs: 113g
Protein: 89g
Water: 6 glasses

It felt like I was stuffing my face all day, but it was a low day calorie-wise (not that I'm complaining!!). 
 
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
