Sunday - Accountability
I skipped Saturday. Not because it was bad..it was really good but because I got home late and went straight to bed..My eats from yesterday:
breakfast (as usual) waffle with peanutbutter and sf imm honey -
coffee but no espresso
lunch was 4 oz chicken breast with mashed potatoes and green beans.
dinner was at a friends' house..I ate too much. A 3/4 lb burger patty with cheese sauce and no bun. broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce..a small piece of garlic toast..
Water for the day: I had 3 containers that makes 72 oz still not bad.
Eats for today:
Coffee
Waffle with half an apple and sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz herb tea
2nd breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito
24 oz drink mix with ice as we walked around the Almond Blossom Festival..lots of nice classic cars and some vendors..lots of fun and sunshine
24 oz drink mix when I got home
Lunch: 1 can water packed tuna, 2/3 medium tomato, 1 T Ken's Lite Ceasar dressing
24 oz drink mix with ice
1 oz honey roasted peanuts
dinner: 4 oz roast beef done in the crock pot, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and 3 cooked carrots..I used mushroom soup, onion soup mix and red wine in the crock pot..and it was divine!
I have a bottle of water and ice now too.
I did okay both days..but my totals for today are:
Calories: 1747
Fat: 96.1
Carbs: 96.1
Protein: 131.0
Pretty darn good.
How did you do this weekend?
I did a survey for my health insurance company cuz my friend at work did one and it was telling her that she needed to stay below 40 grams of carbs a day and less than 1000 calories (which I seriously do not believe she can do right off the bat from 2500 calories a day..sheesh)..and you know what it recommended for me? to see my doctor for depression..wth? I've been stressed alot at work lately but I said I could handle it..Oh brother..so now if this goes to my boss or HR..am I gonna be on admin leave? sigh..

What a lovely Sunday! We had another relaitvely lazy day. We went to an RV/ATV expo in our town. That was aproximately 3 hours of walking and climbing in and out of the RVs followed by a nice dinner with my hubby and son.
My food intake:
Breakfast 1 -06:30am
None
Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 scoop unflavored unjury protein
Snack 1 - 11am
6oz apple juice
Lunch - 2pm
1 Italian sausage smothered in peppers and onions
(I didnt eat the bun)
Snack 2 - 4:30pm
None
Dinner - 6:00pm
1 cup homemade Gumbo (smoked sausage, shrimp, and chicken)
1/3 cup white rice
3oz Zinfandel
Snack 3 - 8:30pm
1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Pudding
Exercise:
Approx 2.5hrs of light to moderate paced walking, mixed in with stair climbing
