Accountability - Monday
Daylight Savings Time...I hate it! draggin ass and worried that I was gonna be late so up way too early. Then I went to physical therapy about mid day...Again I made it just about all the way through her manipulating my shoulder but couldn't take the last part of it and cried..I hate being a whimpy patient..hate it..hate crying in front of people! But damn it hurts when we try and straighten my arm above my head. I'm to about 150 degrees with 30 more to go..and it hurts. booooo
My eats for Monday
5:30 am 12 oz coffee with NAS Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle,1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, some butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Berry
8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 1/2 egg burrito
11:30 am 24 oz G2 Gatorade
12:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Strawberry Lemonade
5:00 pm 1 medium chicken breast fried..3 potato wedges
I need another cup of tea, I think but for the most part..I do believe I'm done. I'm tired from all of it. just tired..

I completely agree with you regarding Daylight Savings time. Not only are our bodies completely out of whack, our dogs (all three of them) are out of whack too. They've been waking us at around 3am to go outside for the last few days. Argh! That definitely is NOT helping my sleep patterns.
