Many VSGers on this forum?
I wish there were more of us as I like to see how others are doing I am three and a half years out and my lowest weight was 128 I didn't like the way I looked so I Put on a few to 135 I am 5'6 I have maintained 135 ever since I do go up to 138/139 but I don't ever want to see 140 I weigh myself every morning it helps me keep it in check when I go up three I'm right back to basics protein etc and I get back down I know I'm a little obsessive with the weighing thing I even pack my scale in my suitcase when we go on vacation my husband thinks I'm crazy but it works for me not letting it get too out of control after all I hate dieting for two days I don't think I could do it if I had to for longer cuz I gained ten lbs best wishes to you
Three years out in a month and a half. I have not had any accidental regain, but I still measure and log food to make sure I have enough to keep my muscles fed.
If you look on the revision and failed wls boards you can find some info about sleeves and regain, and also if you go to the VSG maintenance board and the VSG board, there are posts about folks with issues of regain.
