Struggled Today
Hello Friends
I had a hard day with food today. The old habits/fear of failure was overwhelming today. I ended up giving in and having a chocolate bar and then dumping after.
I'm stressed out trying to find a new job before my maternity leave is over and I'm not having a whole lot of success.
However on a good note I did
1) track my food
2) trying not to beat myself up over struggling today
3) got my protein/water/vits in

10/18/07 RNY ( hw 305 sw 290 lw 189ish) St Joe's 08/14/14 RNY reversal to sleeve. I survived 3 leaks,4 operations and a feeding tube.
Wait till you see what I did to myself today..sheesh! You'll be better tomorrow..you get complete do overs..ONE candy bar doesn't make you fat..but doing it every day...yeah, you can get some weight from that and a double bacon cheese burger, large fries and a extra large chocolate shake every day for a couple of months..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
