Accountabiltiy - Saturday
Not much going on today. Shopping and some housework. I did go out and sit in the sunshine and clean out our lilly pond while our old cat got some sunshine time. He's not doing well. He's lost another pound and not eating. He's drinking alittle, sleeping alot..I know he's dying so I want his last days to be happy and lazy..
My eats for the day:
Early morning: 2 cups of coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
Normal breakfast: 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup (a serving is 1/4 cup..that would be WAY too much!)
not enough water today at all. actually only 24 oz..bad girl!
double espresso latte
24 oz drink mix with ice, green berry blast by Hawaiian Punch
egg sandwich: 1 sandwich thin (lightly toasted) 1 egg, 1/2 tablespoon relish, 1 slice processed cheese
another cup of coffee
snack: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts while puttering in the kitchen making my swiss miss mix and doing two loads of laundry..
Dinner: 1 can tuna, drained, 1/2 medium tomato chopped, 1 Tablespoon ranch dressing, a sprinkle of onion flakes - this served on lettuce leaves
To catch up I'll have to have a big cup of herb tea and some water later

Not bad at all. I made some baked tortilla chips but I don't like them..should have baked 'em longer. I'm hinking about baking some sf banana bread and maybe some chocolate chip bread for my hubby..he really likes that stuff..

I had a lovely date night with my hubby, but still kept on pretty well on track. I was actually able to get my protein over 80g today and my net carbs under 100!
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
