OMG..I was beyond busy today..didn't even have time to take a lunch! I ate my first lunch cold..but I got a few minutes breathing room (since everyone else was taking lunch) so I heated up the salsa chicken and melted the lid from my lunch container..I can't even think straight yet from this day..

My eats today:
 

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

5:30 am 1/4 my regular protein waffles, 1 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
 

6:00 am double espresso latte with splenda
 

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Berry something or other.
 

8:15 am 1oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, I can't even remember the flavor..
 

10:45 am 4 oz tilapia with 1/2 cup creamed corn
 

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, I forget what flavor
 

1:30 pm 1/2 serving salsa blackbean chicken and 1 oz cheese sauce
 

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, caffeinated
 

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, caffeinated
 

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, not caffeinated - Lipton Peach Tea
 

6:00 pm 1 low carb stuffed bell pepper, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Totals for the day:

Fat: 80.3
Carbs: 136.0
Protein: 128.9

I think it's time for bed...or some serious booze..But since I've already put down my totals...I'll skip the booze and maybe go with some chamomile tea or something..

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
1 hardboiled egg, large
1 cheese stick
1 glass herbal tea

Snack 1 - 11am
1 apple
2 Tbsp peanut butter

Lunch - 2pm
1 SlimFast Cappuccino Delight 3-2-1 Shake

Snack 2 - 3:30pm
1 cheese stick

Dinner - 6:30pm
1 grilled chicken breast
0.5cup white rice

Snack 3 - 8:00pm
None


Excercise:
Stationary bike - 30 minutes total (with 1 min 'spin' intervals every 10 minutes)

I was had a bit more energy today and I think my cravings for carbs are starting to drop off a little.  I was able to stick to what was in my lunch bag without pacing in front of the vending machine at work.
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs

That's GREAT! I mean the walking past the vending machine..just remember, most of that stuff has been in there MONTHS AND MONTHS...nasty stuff.

You're doing great..that scale doesn't have a chance! and you'll be doing the stationary bike for an hour in NO time!

Last saturday, I found out that an Auntie in LA had passed on to be with our Lord & Savior. I really wanted to be there for my LA fam & attend her services, but the services are this saturday & there's no way i can afford the last minute flight cost. So we sent flowers...
Yesterday, i found out that another Auntie (here in No.Cal), battle w/ cancer has taken a drastic turn for the worse. She was put on hospice & with nothing left that the Drs could do, they were "just trying to make her comfortable". I had to deliver this news to my dad (who's still in a nursing home from his fall & broken hip on NYE). He took the news as well as could be expected. After spending some time w/ my dad, my son & I left the nursing home really late - didnt make for the greatest of dinner choices - but what am i gonna do...
