Accountability - Monday
All in all not a bad day. I didn't get any aerobic exercise in but did exercise my shoulder a bit...twice. I'm ready for the week ahead. A bit of shopping but not much. Some errands and a nice lunch out with my son and husband.
List for the day:
6:30 am 12 oz coffee with nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 1/4 serving super protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/2 serving of sf pancake syrup. Today was chocolate waffles and it really did taste pretty chocoate..good and yummy
8:00 am more coffee
9:00 am 24 oz herb tea on the drive into do our errands..I did do alittle walking while my son was getting his hair cut..one end of the strip mall to the other to look at Valentine's mark downs..and buy 20 hamburger patties (80% lean, 1/3 lb burgers) for $10.10..not bad..
12:00 pm Larado sandwich at the local burger place that we love..that's a chicken breast, grilled with hickory barbecue sauce and mine is wrapped in lettuce rather than on a fat bun. and some french fries..quite a few of them..I figure 1 cup
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, not caffeinated
2:30 pm 3 sugar free home made small chocolate chip cookies
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, not caffeinated
6:15 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with spicey brown mustard and 1/2 tablespoon mayo on a sandwich thin
I had all my vitamins except for the B-12 again..but the B complex was taken..Biotin, all the calcium and the D..
I'll be having a nice warm cup of tea in a bit when the burger settles..I'm nearly always short on my water on weekends but I try. I always try..

B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
1/2 Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
23.7oz water
L: Grilled chicken breat, slice swiss cheese, grilled onions/mushrooms, 4 bites creamy coleslaw, 1/2 tbsp ranch dressing, 1/2 tbsp salsa

S: 2.25 oz pumpkin seeds, 1/6 chicken quesadilla
D: 2 protein bread, chicken patty, slice cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp onion/chive cream cheese
32 oz diet peach snapple
S: 34 grams sugar free cholotae bar
Things good. My weight is at 198 and hasn't popped back up to 200 like it had been. Feel satisfied and happy with what I am eating. Feeling a little less food obsessed but this evening when i was waiting for my dinner to get ready, I got impatient and ate that 1/6 of quesadilla which I didn't need. That felt comulsive. Not happy with that. Anyway thats it for today...

I get the same way when I get too hungry..cranky, in a hurry..It's the hardest time. My hubby likes to stop and visit with friends on the way to our second breakfast on the weekends. If I've eatten too early the wait is too much and I get really *****y..It's probably a good thing I'm not at home or I'd be gulping down stuff right and left!
