Didn't do much today so I had no excuse to not do my physical therapy exercises..and they made me sore half way through the evening ones so I took a hot shower and started over..the heat helped. I'm thinking the heating pad is in my future. I also worked on making sure I got in all my vitamins. The only ones I'm short in the last two days is the B-12 but I took the B complex so.. I think I'm good. I don't wanna take the B-12 before bed or I just won't sleep.

My eats for the day:

coffee

breakfast: new protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz herb tea

second breakfast: 1/ 2egg burrito from yesterday

1` oz mozzarella cheese stick and 3 small sugar free chocolate chip cookies

24 oz drink mix with ice, wyler's peach tea

24 oz drink mix with ice, generic energy liquid - strawberry caffeinated

dinner: roasted chicken (the thigh and leg), 1/2 herb roasted potato, 3 broccoli, 3 cauliflower and 2 oz cheese sauce..

later? Probably ice water

totals for the day:

Fat: 65.2
Carbs: 89.4
Protein: 110.5

All in all a good eating day..good numbers.
