Shopping day. Had a slow start but I also changed up somethings..I got my order from netrition and so I still have Carb Thin soy protein baking mix left so I figured I'd power pack some waffles..Instead of using 1 scoop of Carb Thin and 1/3 cup CarbQuick..I'd use FOUR scoops of CarbThin and see what happens..well, they aren't all that great..they're packed with protein and have very little carbs but they're HEAVY..I'll eat 'em, for sure but..I have to make sure I balance out all those protein grams wtih water and some good carbs...after breakfast I was at 42% protein..yikes.

My eats:

coffee

1/4 protein packed waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte with plain soy milk

24 oz herb tea

1/2 egg burrito. I finally figured out why I can't eat more than half of one of these..4 eggs go into the whole thing..so I'm eating two eggs, cheddar cheese and half a flour tortilla..still calling it a medium burrito at 307 calories

24 oz drink mix with ice, I forget which flavor but it wasn't caffeinated

Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick wrapped in turkey breast deli meat

lunch was 4 oz braised beef steak, 1/2 cooked cabbage and a couple of cooked carrots

24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy in Citrus flavor..caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with ice, not caffeinated

dinner: Jose Ole Chicken Monterey Burrito (high in carbs but late in the day)

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1454
Fat: 68.9
Carbs: 98.1
Protein: 110.9

Carbs are 27%, Protein is 31% and fat is 42%..not bad..not great..just right sort of..I think I got enough walking..the weather is cold so not much doing outside..I am doing my physical therapy exercises morning AND night so it's time to get those done..maybe even do some yoga on the wii...we'll see how exciting the first Nascar race of the 2012 season is..
