If I remember correctly you were lower but only alittle lower a while back..Probably a good idea to not weigh for a time to keep it from becoming an obsession..I have such a problem with the number on the scale. It's all I can do to keep from doing what I've been doing all my life, which is celebrate even the smallest downward dip by being happy happy happy...and flog myself beyond recognition for the smallest upward flex..I can gain up to two pounds if I eat even a few potato chips and I know it's all from the salt..the number of calories that equals a pound of weight can't be consumed by me in a WEEK so it's impossible to gain TWO pounds in a night..

Steady as she goes, there..Keep up the good work. See ya.
