Accountability - Saturday
What a nice day..tiring but it was nice. I even took a couple hour nap! That's why I'm eating so freakin late.
Sad about Whitney Houston..I'll keep watching that for a couple days.
My eats for the day:
coffee
protein waffles, half an apple, sf pancake syrup
espresso
24 oz herb tea on the way into town for shopping
We actually skipped the second breakfast thing until lunch time and had lunch..that made a giant difference!
24 oz drink mix with no ice
24 oz drink mix with ice
1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns and a coffee
1 slice sf peach bread with margarine (this was after a two hour nap)
24 oz herb tea
dinner: 5 oz stewed chicken, 1 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup peas
totals for the day:
Calories; 1378
Fat: 70.9
Carbs: 109.3
Protein: 81.0
Not bad..I don't mind that at all. No snacking except for that peach bread..
