So a friend of mine wanted to buy me an outfit, and ased me what size i'd want it in, since im loosing weight....and i paused...i shot out size 12....
i honestly dont know at what size ill quit shrinkin...and how small my excess skin will allow me to get before some major reconstruction.
Then she asked me when i thought i'd be that size....
again, i paused, i have no clue. so far before surgery (3 months) ive lost 8-10 lbs per month. I exercise an hour to 2 per day, i stay on diet ..with little straying, im learning what to eat, and training myself to not do out to eat etc.

in general, and i wont hold ya to it.....
how much should i expect to lose per month and how should my sizes change (im at 28 now 254 lbs) if i stay on my current course till and afer the bypass? (my goal is size 4 or 6 really, but id be thrilled with 7 or 9)

thanks yall

I lost 200 in a year give or take.

Experiences are so individual that I would not even try to guess.

It's so individual in how quickly the weight comes off.  My experience was I had lost 140.8 lbs in 11 months (pre-op and post-op weight).  This was my goal weight I did continue to lose another 10 lbs but didn't keep it there and leveled off at goal and again below goal now at 7 years of 10 lbs.
