Accountability-Thursday
I had a really good day..the sun was shining and I got to drive home with the top down on the convertible..Then I started figuring out my bills since I get paid tomorrow. There really is no check left to fund food or gasoline this next two weeks..ouch..Whatever. The sun is shining and the heat doesn't need to be used..
I also forgot to send my foods and times home...so from memory:
breakfast and coffee..waffles, 1/2 an apple, sf pancake syrup
24 oz herb tea
1 oz cheddar and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
24 oz drink mix with a flavor (not caffeinated)
24 oz drink mix with flavor using the left over ice(caffeinated)
12 grape tomatoes dipped in 1/2 oz ranch dressing
1 serving of swiss steak and veggies (probably more than a serving)
24 oz drink mix with flavor (not caffeinated on the drive to my Physical Therapy)
24 oz drink mix with flavor (caffeinated for the drive home in the sunshine)
Dinner: 4 oz pork chop, 1/2 mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup green beans from canned, 1 oz (give or take) of brown gravy
and for dessert (or for frustration after paying bills and doing our taxes) 1 slice sugar free peach bread (made with canned peaches)..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1406
Fat: 65.1
Carbs: 111.0
Protein: 100.4
I did okay with eating..Until I had the peach bread..I counted it as banana bread but it would total about right..
How did you do?

Hey Dawn - Pay day. It's all good until it's time to oay the bills. Meh. Work finally lightened up a little today. It's been an incredibly difficult week but it started feeling a little lighter today. So glad tomorrow is Friday. Here's the food:
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
23.7oz water
L: 2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
2 x 23.7oz water
D: chicken quesadilla on a flour tortilla
1646 calories, 61.5 fats, 140 carbs, 118.5 proteins
So I have been freaking out a little because my weight hasn't been going down. But here's the deal. It's not going up either. It is staying steady as a rock. I have started walking for 15 mnutes (which is more excercise than I usually ever do) my clothes fit really well (clothes I got back when I was 12 pounds lighter) and the food I am eating is totally sensible and I believe balanced. So I need to get over it. Really. Unless I totally frak out and start bingeing my brains out, things are good. This is working....that's it.
