Accountability - Wednesday
Yikes. After having yesterday off, I slept in..so I was in a hurry but tried not to be cuz I know that gets me stressed and then my shoulder gets tensed up..So I'm going extremely slowly this morning..trying to pretend I'm not rushed..
My eats today:
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel
8:45 am 1oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:45 am 24 oz drink mix, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
10:30 am 1/2 egg burrito from last weekend
1:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
2:15 pm salad: 1 can tuna packed in water and drained, 1 cup cabbage, 1 oz light ceasar dressing
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin with alittle mayo and 4 french fries
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1608
Fat: 77.7
Carbs: 100.4
Protein: 134.2
Again, fish (tuna) saved my totals! You just can't get a better low calorie protein than fish..these are near perfect numbers..I love them..I will have another herb tea later..it actually helps me sleep better.

I actually did log in for at least half of the day. I started to go a bit stir crazy & needed to get out of the bed & house, so i had my brother take me to target so we could pick up some stuff.
Feeling better every day. Body is still sore. Last night was a rough sleep, but my voice is back & my throat is no longer on fire.

I don't know any illness or madness that alittle retail (Target) therapy doesn't help!
wow..you really didn't feel much like eating..500 calories but then the liquid/soft diet makes it really hard to get in the calories. I have a friend who is on liquids and can't up her calories much..it's getting serious with her cuz she's expecting..On the bright side..that protein number with the calories number is phenomenal!
