Monday morning...draggin my sorry ass out of bed..I did manage to do half of my stretches for my shoulder..I hope that's good enough. I was bad and didn't take my turmeric on Saturday at all. In fact, I missed ALL my vitamins and only took half of them before I went to bed..I did good on Sunday and I'll do good today. I also started taking my calcium further away from my coffee or caffeine consumption..I'm hoping that makes a difference too. I got out into the sunshine at lunch and did some shopping for necessary groceries..spending the very last of what I had that might have gone into my gas tank..I hate being so short on money but the whole world is, apparently.

My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel

8:00 am 1oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:30 am 1/2 egg burrito from this weekend

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry

12:30 pm part of my salad..stewed chicken doesn't do much for me..bleh..2 cups salad greens, 6 grape tomatoes, 1 oz balsamic - was never really able to fini****stewed chicken just...bleh.

1:30 pm 24 oz herb tea with splenda, Lipton Pineapple Chamomile

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

5:00 pm 4.5 oz baked tilapia, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes from a box (herbed..and they were GOOD! that's why I had so much) and a large carrot from yesterday

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1514
Fat: 75.1
Carbs: 101.6
Protein: 119.4

Not bad at all.. I can always count on tilapia to make my numbers perfect! I need to rest my shoulder..I'm sore from my physical therapy today..

Baby weight is hard for anyone to lose so don't stress too much that it takes a while..Looks like you're headed in the right direction. The numbers, pretty low, are good. Protein over carbs and fat (who cares? LOL) ..I don't get stressed over fat unless I'm not getting enough veggies. too much fat is hard on the old gallbladder. I had a gallbladder attack some time back and basically it appeared to be just sludge and not a stone but DAYMN it hurt..so I watch my fat and eat more fiber..

You're getting good dense protein (the steak)..and good carbs (broccoli)..watch those bread carbs cuz those will creep up and increase if you aren't careful. There's just something about bread. It's like when you eat it, it calls to more bread and makes you more hungry for bread. stupid bread!

Keep debating on that cookie! LOL.

Keep up the good work, see ya!

I was dragging too today.  Really wanted to call in sick and just hide out in bed, but went to work and showed up.  Probably good thing I did.  Having a restless, irritable and discontent day - perfect for emotional eating if left to my own devices.  Here is my food today:

B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
23.7 oz water
L:  1 cup chicken chili
2 x 23.7 oz water
D: 1/4 flatout flatbread, 4 oz bonless/skinless chicken thighs, spinach, grated carrots/red cabbage, red bell pepper, peppercinis, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
S: 2.25 oz pumpkin seeds

1573 calories, 82 fats, 89 carbs, 122.5 proteins

Really happy with these numbers.  So tired and done with the day.  Have a good night ladies :)

Even though i hadnt had anything to eat in the morning, i didnt feel like having much to eat after my procedure.
I kinda got that scared to eat/drink ANYTHING feeling like right after the original procedure.
My throat felt like it was on fire & the only thing that made it feel better was hot tea.
So thats pretty much what i had yesterday when i got home.
about 150ml of sobe vitawater
6oz puerto rican bean broth
12oz hot tea
6oz projoe protein coffee drink
