Church this morning..getting ready for the week ahead. I made my waffles for the week and then I trimmed our grapevines..It doesn't take very long but it sure worked my shoulders and arms....I did laundry and some puttering around in the kitchen staging my meals for a couple days this week..then I put a whole chicken in the crock pot for dinner..My eats for the day:

coffee, coffee

protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup

1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

24 oz herb tea with splenda

1/2 egg burrito

24 oz drink mix with ice

double espresso latte with soy milk

a slice of sugar free banana bread

dinner: 5 oz chicken breast meat, 1 medium carrot (cooked) and {cough} a Grands Biscuit..not the whole thing but I'm working on it so I'll count it all too.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1622
Fat: 79.9
Carbs: 129.6
Protein: 102.7

yeah, not exactly perfect. But it is what it is and tomorrow is a clear slate..I'll take it.

How did you do? I didn'****ch the super bowl at all but found the commercials on line..now that was a great show!

I havent been to church in a month of sundays. Today was no different as i was called in to the office.
I told my colleague that i hadnt been to church in so long - he said thats OK, Jesus understands. He had a career too. lol

SUPERBOWL & i made it through w/ minimal damage. Tomorrow is my procedure & Ive been freaked about it all weekend.

My "eats" started off great (while i was working), but when i got home, it was all about the small term minchies:

Breakfast
16oz coffee
16oz water & Protein shake (thats 2 servings of shake)
ProJoe protein coffee drink

Lunch: 
16oz tea
FF yogurt
20oz SF Sobe water

Dinner:
1c puerto rican beans broth

Snack:
6 poppy seed cracks
2 slices cheddar cheese
3 slices smoked turkey
2 tbs FF greek yogurt onion dip
6 wavy lays chips

Totals:
cals - 1057
carbs - 85
protein - 118
fat - 24

Not bad at all :)
