Nice long day! Started early going shopping and out to breakfast and home early to have friends come out for a visit..So busy getting the house straightened up that I only had coffee for my first breakfast and no lunch and two dinners..

My eats for the day:

coffee, coffee, coffee (all with NSA Swiss Miss)

1/2 egg burrito with only cheese and a cup of coffee

24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Mango

snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, Mio Strawberry Watermelon

24 oz drink mix with ice, Mio Strawberry Watermelon

early dinner: 1/3 lb cheese burger (jack/cheddar cheese not processed cheese this time)..on a sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato and alittle onion..two skinny french fries.

24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

Late dinner: swiss steak (with bell pepper, onion, carrots, celery, tomatoes and sauce..)on a cup of cooked cabbage instead of rice or noodles.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1379
Fat: 70.1
Carbs: 94.0
Protein: 105.7

With all the activity today, I also made a sugar free banana bread and had a slice of that. I'm sure that makes my carbs number much higher..but that's alright. I'm sure I worked it off..

Not a bad day. I could beat myself up for the banana bread but I don't want to..I'm going to leave it at that.

 Hi Dawn - Your banana bread sounds very good.  I made chicken chili with hominy.  I also ordered some belgian sugar free chocolate.  I can't wait til that comes!  I read about it on Eggface's blog and decided to try it.  My calories and carbs are really high today.  Here's my food:

B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
23.7oz water
L:  Cheese quesadilla on a flour tortilla
42oz diet peach snapple
D:  1/2 cup brown rice, italian sausage, 1 tbsp butter, mushrooms/onions, 1/4 cup roasted garlic alfredo sauce
S:  2.25oz pumpkin seeds, 5 prunes (this is what put me over the limit)

1914 calories, 91.5 fats, 140 carbs, 125 protein

So I am way high in calories and carbs.  I am tired, but I guess I am okay with it.  The seeds and the prunes help keep me regular.  It's still whole foods.  It sounds like a rationalization, but it could be a whole lot worse.  Ugh....The day is over.  I am done eating.  Tommorow is a new day.

If you're like me, the weekend is when you do most of your moving around..laundry, vacuum..cleaning..so that carb number doesn't bother me so much if I've used up some of that energy..Now, if I was just parking my butt in front of the idiot box (my grandfather's words, not mine)..and getting high calories and high carbs, I could expect my butt to get rather large..LOL.

The weekend is my worst time for eating the not-so-good-carbs like my banana bread..I ordered some of that Belgian sf chocolate and it is DIVINE! But when I found the sugar free chocolates at Winco in their bulk bins..no more orders.

You're doing great..Keep up the good work. See ya.

Breakfast- 2 eggs and a sprinkle of cheese 190 cal 

Lunch- Tuna salad w/ mayo and 5 saltines and one slice tomato  349 cal
 
Dinner- Beef patty, one slice tomato, .5 TB ketchup and 1T mayo. One slice wonder whole wheat bread   605 cal

Snack- Protein shake (Isopure, 1 scoop) 105 cal

1 bottle water (Bad I know)
3 cups coffee w/ splenda

Calories 1,249
Total fat 71g (thanks hamburger!)
Net Carbs 26

I hardly ate anything yesterday.... which is probably why i yacked last night... well the wine + lack of food that is...
My eats:
Breakfast
coffee coffee
2 fried eggs

Lunch:
2 carne asada tacos
20oz SF Sobe

Dinner:
Puerto Rican bean broth (love it!)
1 pastele
wine

Not so much of a good mix...
