Up early to do my exercises and cook some more cabbage for lunches..I didn't actually leave for my lunch today so no decaf. I'm trying to save some gas cuz I know I'm going to be running really tight this weekend. Payday is NEXT Friday!

My eats today:
 

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, small pear and sf pancake syrup
 

6:00 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda
 

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Honey Vanilla
 

8:00 am 1oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 

8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
 

9:30 am part of some left overs..total: 1/2 serving tuna casserole, 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1/2 cup cooked peas
 

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
 

12:00 pm the rest of the left overs..didn't fill me up too well.
 

12:30 pm 1/2 South Beach Crispy Meal Bar (Peanut Butter)..this is carb heavy and will cause gas..darn but I'm still really hungry. Just not enough lunch I guess!
 

1:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
 

2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
 

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
 

3:45 pm the rest of the South Beach Crispy Meal Bar (I'm just plain munchy today!)
 

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 

6:00 pm 5 oz pork chop, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes with alittle gravy, 1 slice protein bread, 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tsp sf honey

Ouch..the munchies today caused really problems with my numbers. ouch..

Fat: 94.7
Carbs: 173.2
Protein: 131.2

Protein was 26%..fat 41% and carbs: 33%..not totally unacceptable but still, several weeks of this would cause horrible consequences..I'm glad I have do-overs tomorrow..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

SUCCESS AT LAST!!! I need a new scale at home b/c it doesnt reflect what the Drs office does.
So since we have scales at the office, i jumped on one as soon as i got in & to my surprise - Ive lost 5 lbs! I realize its not much & is probably "jus****er weight". But after about 3 wks of "liquids" i'll take that small victory TYVM :)

I love scanning foods/drinks with my cell & automatically logging it - but the program doesnt show protein or carbs. OR maybe it dows & I just need to hunt for it on the site...

Feeling good this morning too - I went to bed at about 9:30 last night & slept the whole night through.
Woke up this mornig refreshed & jumped on the elliptical for a quick 10 mins.

Hi Dawn and Candace - So grateful to come here and be accountable with you guys!  Sorry I am late but Wednesday is a very late night for me.  Last night I went out with a group of friends to celebrate my 25th sober anniversary in Alcoholics Annonymous :).  A huge milestone and one I am incredibly grateful for.  It is made just that much more special due to the fact that I am working this tool and keeping myself accountable with you both where my food is concerned.  I feel so good both physically and emotionally today.  So here is the food for yesterday:

B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
2 x 16.9oz water
L:  2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
2 x 16.9 oz water
S: 9 prunes
D:  Red Robin - Turkey Burger on whole grain bun with slice of cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce, slices of tomato, red onion, pickles and chipotle mayo

1613 calories, 68.5 fats, 143 carbs and 85 protein

Really good day yesterday.  I got on the scale this morning and was down to 198.6.  I had been hovering around 200 for a couple of days and was talking myself out of being discouraged and then boom...
   High Weight:  394                     Surgery Weight:  345
