Regained 1/2 my total loss...Anyone doing Weigh****chers?

I had RNY in June 2007, and lost a total of 130 lbs.  Over the last 4-1/2 years, I've regained 60 lbs.  I know why--I stopped following the rules.  There is also a medication component.  Bottom line, I need to do something about this, before it gets completely out of control.

I joined Weigh****chers a few days ago, along with my husband.  I'm wondering if any other Grads are doing WW, I'd sure like to have a support system of people who have had WLS and are doing WW.

Im in the sam eboat sister. I had my RYN done in 04 - lost 130 & put back on about 90.
I WAS doing WW, but now im on a liquid prepping for the revision precedure (stomaphyx).
I realized i spun WAY out of control & really felt the only way to get back was to have the revision - give myself a 2nd chance & stick to the rules this time.
You are 100% right - you do need to do something about it before you are look at +90 like me. The good part is that youve realized it & are reaching out for help - youre doing something about it. Stick to it - you can totally turn this around :)

Check out the back on track together forum on here. Just type it in the search box. There are some good ideas on there and others who had gained weight back and is getting it back off.

I had surgery in March 2006, lost 110, and gained back about 30 pounds. I joined weigh****chers in August of 2011 and have lost 23 pounds. I havent been going to the meetings for a while now but still doing it online, but their site doesnt break the food down as far as proteins, carbs, ect. So I need to start tracking somewhere else. Be careful to get your protein in even if you have to do shakes through out the day. With weogh****chers they really push the fruits and veggies. My prtein level went down because protein is points to them.
