OH! I absolutely can NOT believe this..My husband left the dog outside today when he went into town for an hour.. Now the poor little thing is gone! chased away by our dogs, I'm afraid..I'm beside myself with anger and fear that that poor little thing is out there cold and so far from home..and what in the world are we gonna tell his owners if they find a flyer and call us?

My eats today:

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle,1 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:00 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

6:45 am 24 oz herb tea, Bigelow Lemon Lift (posted flyers in the freezing wind..this was helpful!)

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat

8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry (right before a meeting!)

9:45 am what I thought was left over chicken quesadilla was two chicken drumsticks..yum but not enough to hold me over so I'll be looking for something more after my break!

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

1:00 pm Del Monte Healthy Harvest Chicken Cacciatore..didn't realize it was that far expired! LOL..I need to clean out my cupboards here at work!

2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

4:30 pm 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa Tea

When I got home I heard the neighbor saw a dog being chased by the neighbor's german shepherd through our yard so I walked the immediate neighborhood..no luck at all. That poor dog! He probably saw his owner drive away (we have since deduced that he was probably dropped off) and then saw Dex drive away today too. Poor thing, thinks he's totally abandoned! I hope he finds a home or at least a nice warm place to sleep tonight. We're suppose to get snow this weekend. I'm just about in tears over the poor thing!

6:00 pm Banquet Meatball Marinara, on a slice (actually two slices protein bread..toasted) and 6 french fries.

7:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Probably a nice warm cup of tea later. I'm just so upset!

You did awesome..I'm a member of two or three WLS groups on facebook too. preops and post..and grads.

Weekends are tough for me too cuz it's not as structured..I forget my water and tend to go with crackers for snacks..but a weekend is only two days long 5/7th of our work is done during the week..so we can take courage in that..It's just our target to do as little damage as possible..

Keep up the good work. See ya.
