Accountability - Thursday
Physical Therapy day..I'm sore already! Then I got home late. Why? Because I found a scruffy little dog wandering on the highway and opened the car door..he jumped right in and road with me while I tried to find his home..One man said he wasn't his dog but that he'd seen him this morning...Looks like he might have been a drop off..how sad is that? Flyers printed and tape at the ready. I'll be posting flyers tomorrow morning..Poor little guy!
My eats today:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle,1 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Caramel Vanilla Chai
8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:30 am part of my chicken quesadilla left overs..I'm still calling it a whole quesadilla cuz it's HUGE!
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated (while shopping at the local market..I'm a super sonic shopper $35 in 35 minutes!)
12:30 pm the rest of the quesadilla I brought..I still have another portion at home!
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
2:30 pm 1 hardboiled egg
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
6:30 pm 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 5 broccoli flowerettes..a taste of mashed potatoes..not enough to count..Just wasn't feelin potatoes tonight..
7:30 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:

Actually not bad. I'm okay with these numbers and this day..

I hope someone claims the puppers. What are you in physical therapy for? Here is my food for today:
6:45 a.m. 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
7:20 a.m. Starbucks iced venti sugar free 2% vanilla latte
10:00 a.m. 1.5 x 16.9 oz water
11:30 a.m. 3oz tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, 4 NSA bread and butter pickle spears, 21 sea salt soy crisps, 1 banana
2:00 p.m. 2.5 x 16.9 oz water
7:30 p.m. 6 oz boneless/skinless chicken thigh, 1 flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup mushroom onions sauteed in 1 tbsp butter, 1.5 slices swiss cheese
12 oz diet peach snapple
1515 calories, 82 fats, 93.5 carhbs, 111 protein
So I weighed myself this morning and I was 201.6, down from 207.6 on Monday. I am obsessed with the scale I know and I think come this next Monday I will stop weighing daily and switch to just weighing once a week on Mondays. I am so grateful to be doing this - planning, preparing, journaling and posting. It is working. I want to thank you Dawn. You have really motivated and inspired me. I look forward to coming here and seeing what you have to say. You are a great example of showing up and putting in the effort.

He slept well between my husband and myself last night. I'm a softy for all animals but my husband is probably worse than me (or better? LOL)..We're putting up flyers and I put an ad in Craigslist too. If no one claims him, then he's got a home with us..the other dogs and cats will have an adjustment but we can handle that. We have a big house, a big yard, big hearts..plenty of room for all.
I completely understand about the relationship between myself and the scale..I weigh every day in the morning, after I go to the bathroom, naked. LOL..yeah, obsessive. I don't think there's a problem with that, for information sake..but when it dictates how my day is going to go..good if the number is down a fraction and crappy crappy if it's up a fraction..then I have a problem and have to quit. The mind is a powerful weapon, you should use your powerful weapon for good..
You're doing great..it's a process and takes time but you're getting results like crazy! The tool is working! You're workin it. Keep up the good work..
