I was in a good mood until I realized that it was Friday the 13th..then I realized this is a three day weekend.

My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey sausage links

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wylers Peach Tea

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Mango Peach Caffeinated

11:00 am 1/2 my salad: 2 cups salad greens, 1 oz balsamic vineagret, 4 oz corned beef

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

1:00 pm the other half of my corned beef salad

2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg

2:45 m 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry

4:00 pm 1T reduced fat peanut butter (darn it! I didn't bring any fruit with me today or crackers or anything..and I was hungry for a change!)

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

5:30 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1/2 medium baked potato, 1 cup salad greens, 1 oz italian dressing

6:30 pm 1 slice banana bread (yeah, pushing it but it's gonna go bad if I don't eat it!)

Fat: 95.1
Carbs: 98.8
Protein: 105.3
