Since this is a three day weekend, I didn't feel like I needed to do much so I didn't..we got up and I dealt with a hermit crab tank non-heating issue and then got ready and went to church. We usually go out to breakfast after church but decided to come home and eat at home..and after I ate, I got my blankie with the plug and fell asleep on the couch for a couple of hours..the guy on the Science Channel who narrates the "How it's Made." show puts me right to sleep!

My eats for Sunday:

1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup (if you wondered why I only have half a serving of syrup on this it's because a 1/4 cup of syrup is just too much for me..I probably get less than a half serving but still, that's what I figure in my totals)

24 oz herb tea (while at church)

1/2 egg burrito from yesterday's breakfast

probably more coffee, 24 oz container of water with drink mix in it..Wyler's Peach tea

Lunch: ??? 1 oz cheddar cheese with a piece of turkey breast deli meat

Dinner was early today: 2 cups homemade chili con carne made with lean ground beef (85/15) and black eyed peas that a friend gave us..worked really good!

Not bad but it's early yet. I know I need more water. I'll probably have some herb tea later..it's been pretty cold here today and tea and my electric blanket look pretty good to me right now..
