Accountability - Thursday
What a day! I stayed busy but didn't get any exercise..well, alittle since i went grocery shopping after work.
My eats today:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey sausage links
6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Bigalow Jasmine Green Tea
9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat
10:30 am 1/2 turkey pastrami sandwich on jewish rye with mustard
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm the other half of my turkey pastrami on rye
1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:30 pm 24 oz drinkmix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:30 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned carrots - 1 slice banana bread with margarine
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1359
Fat: 61.7
Carbs: 106.7
Protein: 96.0
Not bad at all. Good carbs, not too much fat..good protein..I'd say this was a good day!
