Oh my! No sleep last night. I ate a piece of sugar free banana bread and had a blood sugar drop that I was chasing till about 11:30..so little to no sleep last night.

My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/2 left over egg burrito

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Wild Berry

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

11:30 am 1/2 small apple, raw

12:45 pm left over turkey enchiladas (home made from several days ago)

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Peach Mango Caffeinated

3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wylers Peach Tea

6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger, on a sandwich thin

6:30 pm 5 french fries

I have a nice big cup (24 oz) herb tea sittin here steeping...and I'll be drinking it here in a few..waiting my specified 1/2 hour..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1617
Fat:80.8
Carbs: 120.5
Protein: 107.0

Well, the carbs were high but they were good carbs..So I'm happy with these numbers. I'm exhausted..I was going really strong most of the day but now that I'm done for the day...sleep is just barely staying in the other room..

Those blood sugar drops are crazy and hard to predict. I had a busy day at work or a lot of busy work was more like it. I was assisting with education on new equipment so I had to pop in to each class at the beginning to explain the policy changes and documentation. It was hard to get anything done in between but I was able to do many little things that needed doing.
0830-eggbeater omelette w bacon and veggies and ww engish muffin
1030 sf cookies
1300- cup of vegetarian chili
1500-1/2 turkey and swiss on wheat
1830-T bone, brocoli, sweet potato
2100-nsa skinny cow
walked in the park at lunch time, only one mile it was cold! All my vits and such. I am going to watch Modern Family in bed, I am tired for no reason, I slept fine from about 1030 to 6.

Thing is, I knew as soon as I got hot and shakey what did it..Had I not had the banana bread and better so late, it would have been okay. Closer to dinner might have been a different story.

The weather here as been super mild..but I still can't get out and walk. I will. The tired seems to be going around!
