I could of done better but I got a lot of exercise , more than I wanted actually. I planned on a 30 minute spin followed by a 30 minute core. DD and her friend swam and were not ready to get out so I went to Zumba for an hour! I am going to be sore tomorrow.
0830-egggs w veggies and chees  with 2 bacon
1230-2 slider burgers without the top buns and a few fries and a side of squash
1600-rf string cheese and rf wheat thins
1930-spaghetti pie and steamed brocoli
2100-2 sf mint patties
I think I got all my water and vits. I am tired and heading for bed.

Zumba..tends to kick one's ass..just saying. You do phenominal..I think we all do..All of us have our own challenges and our own paths..Challenges!

I do believe it's all about not getting discouraged and keeping on the path. It's not about New Year's Resolutions so much (although, resolutions and plans are great for setting goals) but it's about starting paths and getting up a head of steam and GOING FOR IT..

Keep up the good work. See ya.
