This is the first week in a long time that's going to be all five days..I've been super spoiled!

My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/2 egg burrito from Saturday and 2 turkey sausage links

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry

9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese and about 14 pc of pepperoni

10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

12:30 pm half of a six inch subway, flatbread, meatball marinara sandwich

1:00 pm the rest of that sandwich

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Blackberry Grape

2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

6:00 pm 4.5 oz pork chop, 2/3 cup canned beets, 1/4 cup mashed potato

Fat: 92.9
Carbs: 122.0
Protein: 105.0

Well, mmm. Yeah, too many carbs..and not good ones either. Well, tomorrow I can do better.
