I can report what I had...but not the numbers!

Saturday

1/2 an egg burrito without hashed browns (egg, cheese, flour tortilla with salsa)

24 oz herb tea

shopping! woo hoo..I saved a TON on a special they had at a local market..

sugar free brownies, home made..

hiking up and down the hill looking for pretty rocks for our friend who is making crafted crosses with them..

Dinner: 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin..onions and lettuce (forgot to buy tomatoes)

a small glass of red sparkling wine..it was YUMMY

somewhere in there I figure I had two containers of water

Sunday-No church so what to do? SWAP MEET! :

went to the swap meet and walked and walked..spent $21 on clothes!

lunch: 6: flat bread meatball marinara (I know this was 580 calories)

Dinner: turkey enchiladas..homemade.

I have no energy left after this weekend..I didn't get all my vitamins on Saturday and none of them at all on Sunday..I did my exercises though..I didn't get enough water but ..there's still some time.
