What a day! Too many people out sick so I'm doing way more than my normal workload..It's a learning curve cuz some of the things I'm doing I haven't done in a really long time and the process has changed..The county called me three times today..that's a personal record!

My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Mango something

9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli lunch meat

10:30 am half my lunch: 6 oz roast beef on jewish rye (one slice right now with half the meat)

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with just alittle ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

12:30 pm the rest of my lunch the other slice with barely the rest of the beef..short alittle.

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

2:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with some ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Wild Strawberry Caffeinated

6:30 pm 4 oz pork chop (pan cooked), 1/3 cup canned carrots, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes - butter buds

Totals for the day:

Fat:80.1
Carbs: 90.2
Protein: 118.9

I'm dialing it in..The stress is great and it's causing me to drop weight, even with eating this much! I'm down to 126 as of this morning..So I think I'll be eating popcorn (salty) tonight and probably not even worry about journaling over the weekend.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
