Long long rotten day!

My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1 medium banana, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Wild Bavarian Berry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli lunch meat

9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

10:30 am half of my lunch: 6 oz roast beef from the crock pot, 1/2 cup canned carrots

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

12:15 pm the rest of my lunch

1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Peach Mango Caffeinated

6:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce

7:00 pm 2 pc sugar free chocolate..

Not sure what my totals are cuz I can't get into fitday again..I think I did alright! and I think I'm gonna go to bed before my head explodes!

I am sorry you had a rotten day, my day was challenging. I am looking at the want ads tonight for a different job, I need to keep my options open.
0900-protein drink
1100-apple
1400-roast beef panini
1700-sf cookies
1900 taco meat, lc tortilla, salsa rf sour cream, rf cheese and fresh spinach under the hot taco meat
2130-I have some healthy pumpkin bread baking, new recipe the batter did not taste too good, hoping they taste  better after baking. Combo of almond flour, ww flour, AP flour, pumpkin, applesauce, ground flax, splenda. I added cinnamon.
all my water and such, I have only been to the gym once on Monday and I have Pilates at work at noon tomorrow. I am going to try to sleep without Nyquil tonight, I am having a hard time shaking the fog in the mornings even though I only take a half dose and take it no later than 8 pm.
I am so glad it is Friday tomorrow and I only worked three days this week!

I keep telling my hubby I need a second job but he's not convinced..although, the utilities are getting further and further behind..Maybe if I don't pay the gas one month and the showers are cold, that will get some attention? LOL.

Sounds like your work and mine are related! They bounce up and down on my last nerve and then my own family gets on my back..I need some sf bread..hubby has just about finished my chocolate chip bread (I can't eat it but it apparently is really good)..so he's asking me to make some more this weekend..I think I might..

Looks like you did pretty darn good. Nyquill does that to me..even a half dose. Feel better!

WoW, I've been away for a while and need accountability.  I am over 7 yrs post-op now.  But I need accountability, so I will try to get this board whenever I can.

My schedule varies on my up at what times and such, rotating shifts and such.

I start with water or CL, always have a bottle of good for me to drink by my side.  16 oz's sometimes I have decaf, nsa flavored coffee.

1 hour later, 1 serving of apple/cinnamon oatmeal.

More water, I'm always drinking.

Lunch? today a ham wrap w/cheese

water,

an orange

Dinner? tonight, no protein, chicken was not done, a 1/4 cup of noodles and 1/4 c of asparagus.

snack, orange

and more water, water, water,

is fitday free?

fitday is free..You don't have to post the times and such..I just do because it makes me remember when I drank water and when I quit eating so that I don't drink too soon..

I'm like that with water so long as I'm working...always a bottle of water at my desk or when I'm walking between buildings or departments. I swear, if I didn't carry a bottle around, I wouldn't know what to do with my hands!

Still, looks pretty good to me. Too bad the chicken wasn't done..that's a great protein. Second only to fish!

Thank you for answering on the Fitday.

Today thus far, I suck, but I was up too late and it's going to be a very long day now.

I have had a decaf coffee 16 oz and 1 bottle of water.  I woke up at 11, so I'm just getting started.
