Accountability-Wednesday
I had a rough day..Started out good with Chubby (the cat) eating well, even dry food! He's 9.2 pounds so he hasn't lost any more..and tonight he ate about 1/4 cup of dry food..and spent a bit of time outside and his eyes aren't nearly as goopy..He had a great day! My day at work wasn't nearly as good as his day was..Wished i'd have stayed home!
I completely forgot to email my list of intake home but I ate well today..even got in my full 5 containers of water too! Here's what I ate:
coffee
1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
espresso latte
24 oz herb tea with splenda
1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli luncheon meat
24 oz drink mix with ice
I never even got to go to starbucks today..too much going on..running around in circles and getting basically no where! LOL..and I get paid for that!
Lunch was a can of albacore tuna, water packed/drained, ranch dressing on two pieces of jewish rye..
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
1 small orange
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with ice
24 oz drink mix with ice
Dinner: 4 oz roast beef (crock pot!), 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 serving instant brown gravy, 1/2 cup canned carrots
I could do a dessert..not sure what but I'm thinking this weekend I need to make some sugar free banana bread..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1485
Fat: 67.7
Carbs: 100.1
Protein: 121.9
Now THAT'S more like it! It was the tuna..You just can't beat albacore! I need to get us some fish this weekend. They have Bass Fillets on sale for $2.29 a pound tomorrow..I think it's time..
