Accountability _ New Years Fresh Start
If you need a fresh start, YOU GOT IT..There is no time like the present to start a re-do..Even if you have fallen off the trail or been turned around on your journey..you can point yourself in the right direction and start over. You aren't bad because you need a do over..
Today I set out in the direction I wanted to go..but stress got the better of me. My poor old kitty is not doing as well as I want. I'm having to beg him to eat..offering him canned cat food on a fork of all things..sitting on the floor with him and taking him for a walk out in the sunshine..I'm spending most of the day wringing my hands and worried over his health..so I didn't do so well today..I'm going to try and take my own advice and do-re-overs tomorrow..
Here's the sad truth for Sunday:
Early, about 4:30 am I had coffee with NSA Swiss Miss..
about 6:00 am I had my normal breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
7:30 am more coffee (offered food to my cat twice by now..)
8:30 am..I think I lost my mind..I ate the last piece of nsa cherry pie and then the last potato lefse with butter and splenda
9:30 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix..I forget what flavor
1:30 pm a quarter pound cheese burger with all the toppings (no sauce, they forgot to bring it to me..) wrapped in lettuce
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, I think this was caffeinated
4:00 pm I walked with the cat about 20 feet down the driveway and sat in the dirt with him..
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry not caffeinated
7:00 pm my version of roast made like prime rib..it didn't work. 1/2 baked potato with margarine
I did get all my vitamins and I did do my pt exercises twice today..I don't think I forgot any of the things I ate but I've been kicking myself since I had the pie and lefse this morning..
I guess I did fair..not all that great but I can try again tomorrow. I think my problem is that I need to work to be normal and keep track of my food intake and fluids..
I'll take it.
