What a day..having little ones in the house is tiring! And with my cat not feeling well, that's tiring too..but I tried hard to eat right today..really tried hard
My eats:
Coffee
24 oz herb tea
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice rye toast without the crust, 2 slices bacon

double espresso latte
Lunch: left over manicotti from Christmas Day
24 oz drink mix
24 oz drink mix
24 oz drink mix
Dinner: 1/3 lb burger patty with cheddar cheese and bacon on a sandwich thin
During the day, I had several pieces of sugar free chocolate candy
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1442
Fat; 83.8
Carbs: 96.5
Protein: 90.9
Not awesome but not too bad either..still trying..still trying
