DRAMA..Makes it hard to stay on track..That being said, I could have done much better..


For the day:

Coffee

Breakfast: 1/2 the egg burrito I started yesterday

Coffee

2nd Breakfast: 1/2 of a burrito I started today..

Lunch: I forgot lunch! How could I do that?

3 containers of water..one was herb tea

Dinner: 5 oz pork chop, baked and 1/2 cup canned carrots.

And then I gave in to my addiction and had a small piece of cherry pie

Totals for the day:

Protein: 78.4

Well, I certainly could have done better but..all things considered..I could have done a whole lot worse. I'll try and do at least a bit better tomorrow..

For vitamins, I got all of them. For exercise, I did pretty good. I had my husband drop me off at the wrong building for my Osteopath appointment..So I had to hurry to the next building..made it just on time! I cleaned a bit cuz I was feeling better. I went shopping some too..I figure another container of water before bed..
