Accountability - Tuesday
Hmm. How did I miss Tuesday?
Oh yeah, I'm on vacation and the days seem to run together.
My eats Tuesday:
Coffee
Breakfast: 1/4 waffle with 1 small pear and sf pancake syrup
2nd breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns.
Coffee
24 oz herb tea
Lunch: Turkey vegetable soup..about a cup
24 oz drink mix with no ice
24 oz drink mix with no ice
Dinner: 5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup canned green beans, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with butter buds
Dessert: small piece of nsa cherry pie with aerosol whipped cream
yeah, still could do better. But with the stress, I'm surprised I'm not tossing back tons of candy and sweet bread..I'm not..I had another water right before bed and two pieces of sf candy..
