Accountability - Friday
This morning started a bit late. I actually slept about 10 hours! No shoulder pain last night..I got up and was doing my exercises and decided to take a shower before I finished but when I turned on the tap, no water. We had frozen pipes! I helped my husband make his famous lasagna for my sister's dinner party Saturday and made a loaf of apple bread (sugar free this time!) and puttered around waiting for the pipes to thaw (nervous cuz that usually means a pipe is broken) and they didn't clear until nearly 11 am! Sad thing is, I never ate my breakfast..I just ate sugar free peanut butter cookies and drank coffee..bad girl!

Lunch: a bowl of chili con carne with a small piece of corn bread

Dinner: low carb stuffed bell peppers

I need to get my act together here..I got alot accomplished today but my eating fell by the wayside..I got my vitamins in..not enough water..too many carbs, too many cookies. Tomorrow is gonna be hectic and so is Sunday. We had planned on our daughter coming and then she wasn't coming..So we invited a friend to come for dinner and my ex-husband and his wife (and my daughter and her husband)..but just heard tonight that our daughter will be coming after all..cool! I love a full house.
