More normal today..Still, I could get used to this staying home thing..hubby wants me to retire..I just can't see it yet!

Up at 4:30..a load of laundry and my PT exercises..it actually helped this morning..I was sore from sleeping..

Breakfast: 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

Snack: 1 hard boiled egg on a flakey roll with some mayo

24 oz herb tea, on the drive to our local Mall to walk around

24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

Lunch: Beefy Crunchy Burrito from Del Taco (this had frito chips in it..good but high carb)

Coffee

Dinner: 2 bowls of turkey noodle soup..lots of veggies

No totals but I can tell I had alot of carbs. I still need more water and I will do that but I did get all my vitamins in today and got in some good exercises..

I made a huge dent in my shopping today. I left work one hour early and just went in and got 'er done! Much better day at work, probably because a lot of people are taking vacation days; I love the peace and quiet!
0930-ww english muffin, egg beater and bacon
1300-apple
1530-madeline
1800-spaghetti sauce over brocoli
2100-rf wheat thins rf cheese
not sure abou****er missed my vits but oh well I will get them tomorrow.Glad to hear your shoulder responded well this morning to PT exercises. When my back was out it would be sore in the mornings, then I would do some exercises before getting out of the bed, amazing what can help.

I have all my shopping done but now I'm waiting impatiently for the shipments..just as bad!

I love spaghetti sauce...over broccoli or cooked cabbage..pasta? Not so much. I'm making an italian Christmas Feast with homemade manicotti (I make the crepes too) and an Antipasta Salad without pasta subbing raw spinach for that. spinach, garbanzo beans, pepperoni, olives and bell peppers..plus savory italian bread pudding..lots of cheese, lots of italian spices..For Christmas Breakfast we're having Norwegian Potato Lefse..another family deal for Dexter..my family didn't have a traditional meal for Christmas so much..other than turkey but after Thanksgiving and all those left overs, I can't even face another turkey!

Anyway, I'm rambling on again..You did great! get your vitamins in..and water..we all need a kick once in a bit..
