Accountability - Friday
Today is box packing and moving day at the office..I had nothing on my desk when I left today..and will have only boxes next to my desk when I get back on the 3rd..heaven help anyone who wants to find anything at all during those two weeks! On top of that, they decided we needed to watch a presentation today that cut into our box packing time..good thing I had most of my stuff boxed before! I couldn't move any of the boxes but whatever!
My eats today:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and sugar free caramel ice cream topping!
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea,Lipton Wild Bavarian Berry
8:15 am 1 chicken tamale! a bunch of the girls made stuff for a small before the holidays party..
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Wild Strawberry Caffeinated
10:30 pm 2 oz cheddar cheese (during a meeting. )
1:00 pm 1/3 of a chicken quesadilla (hubby and son came to take me out to lunch so they could come and get my personal items from my desk
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Peach Mango Caffeinated
6:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, fried with no coating, 1/3 cup mashed potato, 1 oz brown gravy, 4 broccoli flowerettes cooked.. and 1/2 oz honey roasted peanuts

mmm. carbs and protein are just about evenly matched..But at least they weren't bad carbs exactly..
Whatever! I'm just so glad the week is over and my vacation can start. I have baking to do and gifts to finish!
