Accountability - Thursday
More Christmas goodies in the office but I managed to side step them for something I could eat..too much stress and too many temptations today..I need to run away! I did manage to exercise alittle this morning so I did have one minor victory!
My eats today:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:45 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and sugar free caramel ice cream topping!
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea,Lipton Peach and Mango
8:50 am 1 pc crustless quiche that one of the girls made..yum.
9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
10:15 am 24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice, GV Strawberry (no caffeine)
12:45 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1 cup cole slaw (I thought the package I got out of the freezer was chicken..oops..but it was pretty good!)
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated (these caffeinated drinks are keeping me alive with all this stress..Half the day I'm in tears because I want to just choke someone!)
