No snow this morning so I had to go to work..bummer!
My eats today:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and sugar free caramel ice cream topping!

9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Mango Peach Caffeinated
12:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1/3 cup canned beets, 1/3 cup turkey gravy
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
1:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 12 oz cup of real chinese tea (my friend brought some in for us to share)
2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
4:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
5:30 pm 1 cup meat and spinach lasagna with 1 small piece garlic toast

I could use more protein or something..but I got all my vitamins in and all my water. I may have another cup of tea before bed..I made my protein waffles for the rest of the week..I had that much energy when I got home..

I am not hoping for snow; at least not until bext week or the week after. Crazy day dropped DD off at school went to work for a few hours then went back to the school to watch her 4 minute presentation on ancient Egyptian Medicine. I had to bring the props ( skeleton candy) anyway, she had the most attendees at her speech because the kids knew she was bringing candy. I then went back to work for a few more hours. I just sat down! We went to get groceries and then home for dinner and cookie baking. We are sending cookies for her math class party then for the refreshment table at her choir performance. I am making a "healthy banana bread recipe, it is baking now. I have not eaten any cookies but will have a slice of the banana bread before bed.

I am only working a half day on Friday ( I hope) so this week is almost over and I am not working my second job. I did 2 12 hour night shifts this weekend and I am still so tired!
