Accountability - Monday
I think we might get some snow tonight..it's been cold all day today and rainy..Wouldn't that be something? A day off with pay that doesn't cost me a vacation day! I have all my fingers and toes crossed!

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and sugar free caramel ice cream topping!
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea,Lipton Peach and Mango
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
11:00 am 1 cup homemade lasagna from last night with lean ground beef and spinach
12:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg and 1 cup homemade coleslaw
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix without ice, GV Strawberry
5:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
5:45 pm 4 oz pork chop, 2/3 cup canned beets, 3 oz baked sweet potato
