Accountability - Friday
I mentioned to someone today that Fridays are getting to be worse than Mondays around here..Everyone is in a hurry to get things done they've been putting off all week and it's apparently crunch time all day long..my neck and shoulders are killing me from the stress..yikes! Next week will be even worse with the holiday looming ever nearer..but if I can just hold on until 4:35 on Dec 16th..I'll have 17 days off!
My eats today:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and sugar free caramel ice cream topping!
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride (this is yummy!)
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am meeting time..silly me I didn't bring a drink into the staff meeting..
10:15 am 1 hard boiled egg
10:45 am 24 drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee with splenda and half n half
Emergency run to my daughter's house so she could use my cell phone..poor thing. Christmas this year is getting really hard on her..the bills are piling up but the good thing is, she found another job so she can work from home.. yeah!
1:30 pm...FINALLY my lunch: 4 oz chicken breast meat, 1 cup cooked cabbage and 1/3 cup turkey gravy..yum!
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger (colby cheese), bacon, mayo on a sandwich thin..I couldn't even fini****still with the headache..It will be an early night for me!

well i hear you about stress. i have a lso been very depressed and crying.
i went and saw the diabetic dr. i see the dietican on the 15th. i have to wrote down my foods and i am writing my times down too and my sugar levels. i keep having lows.
well i hope i did good today..... did i eat too much???? anita

It doesn't look like you ate too much to me. Just be sure your meals and snacks are mostly dense protein and fiberous carbs..keep the bready stuff to a minimum..in time you can add stuff like that back alittle. Even the sugar free and low sugar stuff can be a problem but you're keeping track of your sugar levels..you'll notice if something gives you trouble for sure.
This time of year is just plain stressful for everyone. I'd be better if I had little ones around but that's who Christmas is for..we just have to find the good and try and rise above it..Find someone to do something for and do it..
