Accountability - Thursday
I feel much more hopeful after hearing from my physical therapist that the turmeric is working on my shoulder joint! That makes all the difference in the world..Up early this morning..getting excited for the weekend shopping on Sunday, I bet! My daughter called me several times today..she's excited too. I can tell cuz she was okay with me picking her up at 8 am on Sunday..she's a sleeper inner..
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup (This time calcium, turmeric and D)
6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa Chai (most of it..hit the ground running today so I didn't fini**** on the drive in!)
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (multi, glucosamine, Biotin, D, fish oil)
9:00 am the rest of my herb tea
10:00 am 1 sugar free chocolate chip cookie
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:00 pm a whole roast beef sandwich: 4 oz roast beef, 2 oz colby cheese, 1 T mayo, 2 slices jewish rye
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated
2:15 pm 1 sugar free chocolate chip cookie (and 2 calcium, 1 D and 1 turmeric)
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
5:30 pm 1/2 oz honey roasted peanuts
6:00 pm 4 oz pork sausage, 1/2 cup scalloped potatoes
Totals for the day:

Mmmm. Again, not my finest day..the afternoon before the physical therapy was stressful..deadlines that I couldn't meet because they handed me the documents 3 minutes before I was going to leave..
So, how did you do? I have to take these numbers but I can do better tomorrow..maybe I will too!

Your weekend sounds like it will be fun; TGIF!!!!It it was a long day; again. I did okay, just ate dinner and ate too fast and 1 bite too many; yucky over full feeling.

all my water and such. 1 hour on the eliptical and 30 minutes on the recumbant bike. I had 2 hours to kill while DD was in ballet and jazz.
Work is crazy, stupid project I was done with I had to redo all the pictures and then make a managers tool kit to go with it. I will be done with it tomorrow one way or another, I am just so done with htis thing.
